REFUND POLICY
All XENYRA prints are produced on demand. Each order is made specifically for the customer once the purchase is confirmed.
Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or buyer’s remorse.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@xenyra.studio. To help us review your request, please include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photos of the product and packaging
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
We do not accept cancellations once production has started.
Please note that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in screen settings and printing processes. These minor variations are not considered defects.
