SHIPPING POLICY

All XENYRA prints are produced on demand through Gelato’s local production network whenever possible.

Orders are typically produced within 1 to 5 business days before shipment.

Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on the destination, local production availability, and courier performance. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after shipment, though some destinations may take longer.

Because production is routed to the closest available partner whenever possible, delivery times may differ from order to order.

Please note that shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays may occur during peak periods, customs processing, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees that may apply to international shipments.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
